Our tv wasn’t working and the whole property was without tv. We were promised reimbursement and still haven’t received it. Rooms are tiny and very uncomfortable bed. Wouldn’t recommend!!

You pay for what you get in this stay. It was my first and last visit at the Lone Tree. I have passed through Sidney on multiple occasions and stayed at other places nearby. I only require a clean bed and room for my stay in a hotel. Immediately upon checking in and checking out my room, I discovered that the window curtain rod was detached and I reconnected it, lamp shade over the bed was not connected and hanging sideways which I readjusted, no remote for the TV and had to go to the desk to get one, missing the toilet paper holder, graffiti written on the bathroom wall, carpet stained and dirty, markings on the wall, a foul odor in the room with an air fragrance attachment to the ac unit that didn't work, and the shower would not turn on. I had to get the Manager to let me in another room for a shower as he said he did not have a maintenance person. Lesson learned not sacrifice a hotel stay to save a dollar!
